Structure

The project will be implemented totally in 8 steps with 3 main implementing stages:
2 Capacity Building Activities + 1 Mobility Activity.

Stage 1

Workshop

Will participate 24 youth leaders in total, as well as youth workers and decision making bodies of NGOs.

Exchange will gather 40 participants in total (including leaders) from the same 8 countries.

Key Elements.

Since Innovation and entrepreneurship are closely connected, the participants for the project will also learn about 4 key elements of Innovation: Collaboration, Ideation, Implementation and Value Creation.

One of the main elements of this project is that it’s not collaboration between 2, 3 or 4 countries it’s a project with the involvement of totally 8 participating countries-in-need and organizations. Collaboration means to work together (relationships) toward (process) something in common (outcomes), which is one of our goals.
